I like the refrigerator but within 9 months the freezer fan motor went out the night before Thanksgiving. After 6 days waiting on a service call in warranty I finally ordered the part at my cost and had it delivered. My husband installed the part at no charge to LG. Needless to say Im very unhappy with the customer service and the warranty departments.

This purchase doesnt even deserve1 star. I bought this refrigerator on 11/09/23 and it has not worked from the moment it was plugged in. It has never cooled and Lowes wouldnt replace or refund because of their 48 hour policy on open appliances. LG wont replace or refund unless its deemed impossible to repair by a repair guy. I initiated a repair request on 11/20 and no one is able to come out until the week of 12/04. This whole situation has been a nightmare especially during the holidays. Im extremely unhappy with my purchase. A company should never ever be ok with selling a broken product to a customer. I have learned my lesson and will never buy a LG product again.

Kinda sucks without a second door shelf

We Purchased a Floor model of this fridge from Lowes. It was chosen for the space available in the doors as it allows my father easy access to items while sitting in his wheelchair. Lowes delivered the refrigerator with the second door shelf missing. They have been very unhelpful and rude to my mother regarding this missing shelf causing her increased anxiety and tears. The fridge is working nicely and the current review reflects the products usability with the missing door shelf.

I had gotten my unit about a year ago its been working ok for almost a year. It stopped cooling a tech camo out replaced the compressor no help. Another tech came out did more tests found the evaporator had some micro leaks replaced it and now it appears to be working well.

Failure of Warranty satisfaction.

I purchased this refrigerator about 10 months ago and it failed.to cool the refrigerator section. Up to that point I was very satisfied with the product. However the warranty claim process was terrible. Seven weeks weeks carrying ICE to make this box usable as an ice box. I particularly felt insulted by LGs continued delaying tactics.

I bought my refrigerator in April I really liked it but after having it for only 5 months I had to have the fan replaced. It is back to normal but I shouldnt have had to have it worked on so soon. Hopefully nothing else happens to it.

Nice frig

Have only had this frig for 14 days and so far we like it. This frig was the only one we could find that had a place for a gallon of milk in the door really like the veggie/ fruit draws. The shelfs seem to be sturdy plenty of room on them the ice maker we bought for it is nice still has lots of room on the top freezer shelf where the ice maker is. Wish the freezer had a light in it it runs quiet we like that

I do like the features but hate the product and

I bought this refrigerator quite some time a go and have had nothing but trouble with it . It takes quite a while for food to freeze food in the bottom is going bad it ices up and does not defrost. the control to set the temp does not work.

We bought a new LG refrigerator and when it was installed one of the glass shelves got damaged. So we went ahead and contacted the customer service and they got us a new shelf. Quick response. Easy delivery. Great communication. Love it. Definitely recommend. 10/10

I bought this against my better judgment during the pandemic because it was one of rhe very few they had in stock. and has proved me correct it has been swrviced 3 times since Ive had it for the same issue freezing up in the back panel of freezer pushed the door open the furst time and I lossed food and had to cook the rest as it had thawed before I noticed. Thank goodness I purchased warranty or I would have been out almost as much as the refrigerator cost. I told the company I think this qualifies as a lemon but they said if it happens a 4th time they will have to replace or refund my money :

Bought it 14 months t and the fan already went out. No fridge for a MONTH ang all LG did was send FOUR techs out to fix it. Very disappointed

I thought it 11 months ago.. the cooling fan making noises broke. the technician come and replaced the fan so next day had same noise and lost cooling... mony times I called and leave the voice message to the technician .he didnt answer me yet..

This is a great refrigerator. It has plenty of room in both the freezer and refrigerator sections. It is so sturdy and well built. We especially like the glass shelves for getting food cold quickly. We also like the way the side door shelves are made. They hold a variety of different heights of containers and are very easy to clean. It has a nice smooth look to the front because there are no door handles. Both doors open easily with recessed sections on each.

Great As A Second

This refrigerator is a replacement for one that just died. It is also the refrigerator that we have in the garage. It holds all the overflow that we cant fit in our kitchen refrigerator. The outside is sleek and its well-lit on the inside. It also runs very quietly. The temperatures are holding steady in both compartments which are set at 3. By no means is this a top of the line model but we are only using it as a second refrigerator. So far we are very pleased with it. This is the 4th LG appliance we have purchased in 5 years the first was an over the range microwave and next a washer and dryer. They all work great and we are happy with them.
