Filters are expensive but really matter when you live in a rural area and the water company is forever sending notices about the contaminants in the water. I am happy with these filters.

Bought the air filter and water filter for my LG refrigerator. Water filter went it neatly. However releasing the cover for the air filter involved a massive wrestling match. Once the cover was off the filter went in easily but that cover is a menace.

Going on 3 years with LG refrigerator awesome brand and reliable. Like the fact lg has app which monitors my refrigerator when water and air filters need changing. And I have them automatically send me every 6 months news ones. Wouldnt buy any other brand.

The water refrigerator is in constant use in this house and this filter keeps up with our pace. The refrigerator automatically tells me when the filter needs to be replaced and the subscription for new filters makes sure I have a new filter ready to go Keeping my refrigerated products fresh and healthy.

I really wish I could give you a better rating but I received the wrong water filter called customer service to return and the correct one. Needless to say Ive received the correct filter but still have not received the label to send the wrong one back. Ive called and emailed and still no return label. So the filter sits in a box on my counter

I have a LRFGC2706S refrigerator bought at Costco. I found that the LT120F filter did not fit because the filter cover has the tilted square. If this is your problem go to https://lgecares.com/AirFilterCover fill out the form and they will send you a new cover that will accept the LT120F filter.

There appears to be a discrepancy between this Air Filter #LT120F and the Air Filter Cover for my LG Refrigerator Model LRFLC2706S. The two are not compatible despite what the Owners Manual stipulates. In order to make the filter fit the cover you must remove the plastic frame for the filter. This is a time consuming and tedious process. and results in a likely inferior envelope for the charcoal filter itself. The orginal filter was frameless with a sealed porous envelope encasing the charcoal filter.

I purchased this air filter for our LP Refrigerator per the owners manual. Unfortunately the filter did not fit in the filter housing. I contacted LP Customer Support for help. The support I received from LP was outstanding They determined the problem and sent me a new housing that allowed me to use the LT120F filter. Thank you for the excellent product support and for a job well done

This air filter is listed as compatible with the Smart InstaView French Door Refrigerator I bought in March 2023 at Costco. Model # LRFOC2606S. It is NOT compatible as other reviewers have noted. The LT120F is square and 3.35. The housing on my fridge is offset and not square. Other reviewers have posted photos of the same issue. I called customer support and they sent me to the parts department. After I told her this air filter did NOT fit she said they dont make that filter anymore. Hey man thats only about 6 months ago. I guess were up the creek
