Refrigerator was delivered with handles for a different Refrigerator. I am now stuck with a Refrigerator with no handles for almost a month. I can open the doors from the top but my wife is having a very difficult time. The Refrigerator door is lower than the freezer door and it also makes a scraping sound when you open it. The decorative shelf front edge has fallen off all shelves in the freezer. It's nice looking, however.......

Exactly as expected. Only took half the day to start making ice after delivery. Gives me the space I needed plus more. Purchased a 33 inch. Quiet refrigerator, only noise I hear is when ice maker is making ice but not loud at all. Love my new fridge

All of the drawers and shelves are held together by plastic parts that break easily. In less than two years, we have two drawers that hang to the left because the plastic piece that holds the wheels on the drawer track broke. Also, the ice maker has stopped working. I expect something this expensive to hold up for more than two tears

The refrigerator was exactly what we were looking for! And fit perfectly in our smaller space needed, as we were restricted with a gap that we could exceed more than a 33 inch wide refrigerator. Having the water function outside of the refrigerator is also great as you don™™t need to open the doors all the time to fill up a glass of water

Really decent size and the ice dispenser is nicer than I thought. You have the option for crushed or cubed ice, and crushed ice for ice coffee is perfect. The filter is easy to change and lasts for a while and it™™s inexpensive which is a plus. Overall, Very modern

Our fridge was purchased in December 2023 that same week it quit working once it was delivered and installed we called a service tech. The service tech came that next week and ordered a part but never came back or called that the part was in and installed it he was a no-show. The fridge started intermittently working after that and as of a month ago it quit working all together I called a service tech again and they came out to look at the machine and order a new part last week the tech came back to install the part and when he installed it did not fix the issue he called the master technician while he was on site and received a Frigidaire claim number he stated that he was not able to fix this machine and it would need to be either replaced or refunded it was inside the fridge and not a part that was able to fix. I waited until the following week and we still had not heard anything from Frigidaire customer service in regards to replacing our broken refrigerator. I called customer service and the rep stated that There were no notes in the claim from the technician and that they would need to send out another repair man to call a master technician to stay the same thing he stated I said this was unacceptable and that this was something that should be handled between Frigidaire and the service technician we have already taken off three days of work in our fridge has not worked for over the eight months this is unacceptable for customer service. We are very dissatisfied with Frigidaire and their assistance. I asked to speak to a manager and the rep told me that he would say the same thing but would transfer me over I waited for 20 minutes on the line and he said the manager would not be available for an hour and left a note for a manager to call me back within an hour it has now been three days and I have not heard a single word from Frigidaire or your manager. This is completely unacceptable I want this resolved as soon as possible. It™™s obvious we were given a fridge that is that is broken from the get-go and a manufacture defect that should not be my problem to continue taking days off of work for text to come out to state the same issue when we™™ve already had three techs visit Refrigerator Purchase Very Unhappy Customer! After at least 7 or 8 different chats on different days and hours and hours on the chat we received a (Return Authorization) RA # 87420327 and were told to go to Lowes to get a replacement. Lowes ordered a replacement on 8/9/24 and it was delivered and installed on 8/23/24. It has now been 2 weeks of using it and for no reason the display panel lit up with an ER CE error message and then kept beeping all night and now all the lights and the entire thing is frozen!! We tried unplugging it per another chat from the rep on 9/12/24 and still nothing works. Now we need to call in a service repair.

When looking for a new refrigerator there was one thing that I considered a "non-negotiable" - and that was a deli drawer! I had one in my existing refrigerator and it was probably the most used part. So it was a must in a new fridge. My other want was to have ice and water in the door for easy access and helping develop healthier habits (drinking more water). Most side by sides don't have the deli drawer, but this one did. I also love that the freezer has bins as well as shelves - I can store my frozen vegetables without worrying about them falling out when I open the door or limiting the number I can "stack". I got mine on sale - with an energy rebate as well! Also fit my limited space - wall on one side and cabinet on the other. Great find!!

I am very pleased with this purchase. Love the look and size. Frigidaire has a winner with this one!! Only had 36" space and this one fits and looks great! I really like the cheese drawer. The freezer is spacious and love the water and ice. Has many nice features.

I ordered this refrigerator and I was so excited to get it. It should be perfect but it's not. There are these little nubs sticking out by the butter dish that look dirty and unfinished or broken. The plastic that was over the doors was so sticky and goes under the edge of the doors. I still have plastic coating on the edges because it's like part of the trim. I don't want to use a razor blade, for obvious reasons. The appliance is so beautiful and very cold as it should be. My complaints may seem trivial but I expected new and perfect and the nubs inside by the butter dish was very disappointing. But...my butter is cold lol. The plastic on the outside is something my entire family has taken turns pulling it off.

Ice/water would not work. Bought from homedepot, contacted fridgedar was told dispose of fridge refund issued. So at the end of the day I had to pay $250.00 dump fee to dispose of and a $29.00 delivery fee. Ended up buying a maytag very happy with it. Fridgedar did not understand the extra cost associated with there faulty product. They felt they did good by issuing refund. No option for replacment due to they have none left. Never again will I buy any of there products.

I really like the height and depth of the refigerator. Lots of space and lots of ice. Had technician come to help with the alarm problem. Several times same issues and alarm would sound without us being near it. Problem has been ok for a couple of weeks now. Hoping the issue was resolved. Technician said problem was probably from the factory and we might need a new door. He would document in his notes. Water seemed to be another issue.

For a small size refrigerator, there is lots of room on the refrigerator and freezer side. It is brightly lit from top to bottom. There is a little hum which is louder than our last unit. The hum stops when you open the doors, but you can hear the motor running when the doors are closed.

We absolutely love our new Frigidaire refrigerator. We had to get a 33™ due to the lack of space we have and I was worried it wouldn™™t have much room for food. But it definitely is roomy enough and the best part about it is the ice maker ice. We use to have the half moon shape ice but with the new fridge it produces like 1™ size pieces and everyone love them.
