- Super trustworthy. According to my Google skills, my LG washer needed a new drain pump. I ordered one and it didn't work out. I called Automatic to make an appointment. They listened to my situation, suggested a few things to try, and scheduled an appointment in case their suggestions didn't work. Their mindset is to help the customer out no matter the path. - We have used them countless times for repairing appliances over the past 20 years we have lived in Framingham. We recently used them to assess our dishwasher, which was DOA. So we bought a new one from them. It was SO easy. They took out the new one and set up the new one. I could not possible recommend them enough.
